USA 92 v6 Head Gasket ???

Please I need help... I have a 92 V6 pickup. Lots of steam and coolant coming out of exhaust and front of engine. My question is, Could this be a head gasket ?? and if it is a head gasket can this also cause the engine to seize ??
I tried to start the truck the next day after all this happened and it won't turn over.I have130000 miles and still was running strong. Thanks if you can help..

If the engine got hot enough you can seize it. How long did you run it with the blown head gasket? Did you overheat it recently?

Won't start...

I was driving along and I felt a little buck and then lots of steam coming out the tail pipe so I pulled over and stopped the truck. It wasn't overheating it was running cold with no heat before this happened. So I let it sit overnight put some fluid in and started it and fluid poured out the front of the engine so I shut it down and checked the oil. There seemed to be no fluid in the oil. So I tried to start it again and it sounds like the starter just clicking.

Thanks for your reply...

Sounds like you got air bubbles in the cooling system and this caused an air lock. It kept the coolant from circulating and overheated thus blowing a HG.

How does the oil look?
How much coolant did you burn up?

Can you turn the motor over by hand??
