just daily driver, anything with a warranty will work. I have a buddy with a turboed cressida that got an ebay exedy OE equivelant for 135 and it held 350+ hp

Canada new clutch

Hi, I've got a 91 4x4 with the 22re engine. A month ago a friend of mine put in a Centerforce clutch. It's the streetable, not the rock climber, heavy-duty version. He has built a couple rock climber type trucks and really likes the Centerforce. It seems to hook up hard and fast. IMHO.

Tryin' to keep my spirits up, and my demons down.

I have an exedy disc with an aisin pressure plate.. Works well - it's pretty soft and forgiving ... A friend with a 22re threw a "zoom" in his truck - from Summit Racing (the bright purple one..) and it fell apart (the pressure plate) after like 3 months..

I picked my clutch up from and it was OEM stuff and cheaper than anyone else.. I had 2 other sites sent me the wrong shit, twice.. CCO did it right the first time.

For a good clutch check out Marlin Crawler, they have several. LUK also makes good replacement clutches.
IMO a Centerforce would be too stiff for a DD, but that's just my .02

SEARCH before asking
84 4Runner rockcrawler - ARBed 5.29's, 36" TSLs, dual t-cases w/ 4.7 crawler gear, Chevys, 30 spline Marlins
83 p/u trail rig - Buick 231 V6, Weiand intake, Holley 4 bbl, TH-350 auto w/700R4 low gearset, dual tanks ...
89 4Runner - stock
