door hinges 1989 3vze toyota pickup

does anyone know where I can get both upper and lower door hinges for 1989 4x4 V6 2 door toyota pickup. Most places only sell the upper for left and right side are the hinges the same size upper and lower?

Check a salvage yard. 89-95 truck or 90-95 4Runner, 2wd or 4wd, all the same.
As for if the upper and lower the same? look at yours and see.

I read that the upper right hinge is the same as the lower left hinge and visa versa, better double check that though. Another option you can do to save money is just remove the old pins by grinding the top off, and replacing them with an oversized generic hinge pin and bushing replacement kit.
