bumper on 92 pickup

Hi, about a month ago i bought a 92 toyota pickup from a neighbor down the street. Igot a good deal on it, but it also needs some work. Im hoping to have it all fixed to where i want it by the time of my 16th birthday (April 1 05).
My question is, .. what is the name of the flimsy (as i can describe it ( close to 30 guage metal id guess) piece of metal that hangs just below the main chrome bumper on the front of the truck is called? Reason being, mine currently is pushed in, and has a huge split in it. I was going to try to weld up the crack, bend it out, and re paint it, but i think now i mite just look for one at a junk yard or dealer. Its really easy to bend, and from moving it to various parts of my garage after i unbolted it from the truck, its all bent out of its original shape, so im gona look for a new one.
But like i said, i need to find out the name of it first, so i thought id post here and try to get some advice.

It's called a valence. I just so happen to have a brand-new aftermarket one that I bought about 5 years ago when I had a '92. It's for a 2wd, so I'm not sure if the part is the same.. but I'll sell it to ya real cheap if you're interested. I also have a new bumper(not chrome) Both of these are still in the original box, just need to be painted. Let me know.
