Sounds like you might need to reinstall a new head gasket. Did you have a machine shop check to see if the heads were warped?

Did you re-use stock head bolts? Did you re-torque fasteners? Just trying to get a little better picture of what 's going on here. Watch for coolant in the oil, it's death on bearings.

I bought new head bolts and torqued them down in the three stage sequence that you are supposed to.

Sounds like it has to be the new gasket or related to the gasket. Unfortunately, it sounds like what ever it is, you are going to need to do it again.

How do you check it yourself??? What method did you use? Unless you have the proper machinery to check it, there's no way you can tell with your bare eyes or even with a straight edge.

just out of curiosity... did you change the oil or water after you did the head gasket job? this might sound stupid and all, but hey, just coverin bases here... every time I do a head gasket I get all sorts of fluids everywhere... but then again, I usually have a beer or two when I'm workin on my rigs in my poor, dirt floor, excuse for a garage
