Frame straightening SAS

I have an 86 4x4 that was wrecked. I have plans to turn it into a streetable off road toy. I need pics and info on reinforcing the skinny little front frame rails and measurements on where everything is "supposed" to be, ie distance between lower control arms? And where can i find a good solid axle around denver??? Any help/ideas are greatly appreciated!

Download one of the many online FSMs for an 86-89 truck, there is a detailed frame drawing in the back w/all measurements that might be of help.
