Back door locked - HELP

Hello,
in a middle of our trip I loaded all stuff to the back, closed the back door and lock with remote. And that was it... I cannot unlock the back door with key, with remote. The back lock is somehow stucks or what?

When you say it is locked, do you mean from inside or from outside?
If inside, that is the child safety feature you can deactivate by switching a bar thing on the door (look at the edge / side of the door) to another position. If outside, then damn it! Go to TOYOTA service center...
