Exclamation Lights out on Dash after Radio Install

Hey everyone, i just joined toyota nation forums today, and i had a question.

First off, heres what ride i have and whats on it:
2003 Millenium Silver Highlander
Installed OEM Side Running boards
Installed Bugshield Deflector
Installed Pioneer Deck
Installed 2x12 inch Subs
Installed 1000 Watt Sony Xplode Amp

Want to install (silver deep dish rims with chrome polished lip) would that look funny? maybe 18'' i like it because the chrome lip would accent the chrome emblems on the car. Any suggestions would be awesome

Okay, so heres what my post is about:
I just installed the radio/amp/subs in my highlander, NOW, everything works and it thumps really really loud which is awesome, BUT, the lights that light up the back of my temperature knobs, behind all three do not even show up, like, the lights are out, however the clock, the ac/defrost/back window lights work when pushed. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix that, is it a simple wiring issue?? i checked all the wires, and everything is connected....HMMM. Thanks EVERYONE

iam assuming you did not cut the factory plug off at the radio and purchased a aftermarket harness.....? If so sounds like you did not cap off the dimer/illumination wire on the aftermarket harness...?? blown fuse more than likely... (check your dimmer knob make sure it didnt get rolled to off)
