id say 4wd, but thats looking at a performance perspective. a v6 awd set up is pretty quick cause it doesnt lose traction that a 2wd would. i dunno, since your in ny, if gas mileage is a HUGE concern, and if it is just get 4 banger and 2wd i guess.

Hi
Which did you end up buying? I'm trying to make up my mind about that too. The 2004 4 cyl 2WD gets great gas mileage acording to the specs but I'm pining for the Ltd goodies

Hi Subtones,
I got the V6 Limited all wheel drive, it is a blessing.
I guess I gave up a few miles up with the V6 but truly it is a wonderful experience with the V6.

Nothing is wrong with the I4, it never hurt to have more power on tap then less just in case you need it.

I hope I have answered your question.

Thanks

If your even thinking about 4 wheel drive you be kicking yourself everytime you would need it. If your in upstate NY You'll need it for the snow. The only reason I got 4 wheel drive and I just visit the stuff
