I HAVE AN 03' HIGHLANDER. WHEN EVER I TURN THE KEY ALL THE WAY TO THE START POSITION BUT DONT START IT, I HEAR A BUZZING NOISE OR SOME KIND OF ELECTRICAL WIRE BUZZING. IT SOUNDS DANGEROUS. ALSO WHEN I TOOK MY CAR TO THE DEALER, THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE CAR ABOUT THE EXHAUST CLAMP OR SOMETHING. THEY HAD TO ROTATE IT?? ANYWAY, NOW THE MUFFLER MOVES MORE THAN IT SHOULD BE AND I AM WONDERING IF IT IS LOOSE.?? NEED HELP

the noise is your fuel pump getting the pressure back up in your system

i have no clue what the hell you're talking about with the muffler though

maybe you should ask whoever fed you that crap at the dealer

oh and yes, typing in all caps is VERY annoying

the recall was actually fuel related they need to check the position of the fuel line clamp if it is pointed up then it simply need to be rotated into the proper position, technically u are supposed to lower the gas tank but u dont need to, however if they did lower yer gas tank then an exhaust support might be loose causing yer muffler to move slightly look under the car and see if u can see any rubber exhaust mounts loose, if so take it back to the dealer and be nice about it every1 makes mistakes
