USA Highlander 2003 A/C filter

Merry Christmas everyone. I would like to change or check the filter on my air conditioner in my 2003 highlander. Has anyone done this themselves? I believe its behind the glove compartment. Thanks for any help. My first post, I have gone back and read about 40 pages of post. I also have 2000 Tundra (102,000 mi) I enjoy doing all the service I can. Thanks

Owners manual show it behind the glove compartment, 2 screws I think. I have a question to ask you about your Highlander, What RPM are you at when you hit 75MPH. I just got a 2002 highlander and at 75 MPH my RPM is around 3250, I think that is too high.

Do you have the v6 or the L4? My family has a v6 '03 highlander and it runs about 3000 at 70mph so that seems about right. Hope this helps!

Hey, thanks for the informatioin about the a/c filter. I must have overlooked it. I'm sorry I don't have exact data on the RPMs at 75. The other responder sounds about right. Next time I'm out on the road I'll take note and let you know. Thanks again
