2001 Highlander tune-up suggestions.

Hi guys,
I'm a proud owner of a '01 Highlander I6 AWD, and i've hit about 60,000 miles.
What do you guys suggest I do to tune it up. I haven't done anything yet besides changing the oil, oilfilter, air filter, breaks, and tires.

I was thinking about doing a transmission flush and coolant flush about now. What other things are *really* important to be done? I've read something about some 'transfter case oil' but dunno what that's for and how important it is to change. I've seen in the manual it says to 're-torque drive shaft bolt' or something like that.

Well, the place i found for the trans flush will do the following: Using the 'T' machine, it will put in new fluid as it takes out the old fluid, but they *will NOT* drop the pan. Should i take it elsewhere and have them drop the pan to replace the filter, or do i need not replace the filter?
What trans fluid should i use? - Toyota's or something else?

Well thats it for now, thanks for any helpful suggestions!

Id start with replacing the stock paper air filter with a K&N. You will get more power, better milage and you will NEVER have to buy another air filter (they are warranted for 1,000,000 miles). All you will have to do is rinse off the filter and reoil it every 15,000 miles.
I would look in your owner's manual for when to change the fluids, thats your best guide.

i went to brakes plus and they tuned my 4wheel drive for free, with a flush.
the basics, which you already did. Get it inspected, rotate tires, in means, with a transfer case, check to see how dirty it is, if you want to change it go ahead, there could be water in the diff area. Same as Cap'n. Sparkplugs, wires, cap if you would like, mine was 5.22 for my 85 pu.
