'02 Highlander Door Panel Removal

Hello everyone. I just paid off my Highlander, and finally felt brave enough to go ahead and start replacing my audio components to give my car the "umph" it sorely lacked in the audio department. So far, I've replaced my receiver, added an amp and a single 10" sub, and everything sounds 100% better than it ever did. I want to replace my door speakers, but I'm stumped at the door panel. As far as I can tell, it looks like the entire panel is held in place by a series of clips? Should I use a special tool undo these clips? Has anyone ever done this before? If I understand correctly, most door panels lift up and out after all retaining hardware has been removed... is this the same for my car as well? I've never removed a door panel before, so any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My car has power locks and windows if it helps any.

Thanks!
-Rich
