'96 RAV4 key-ignition system is frozen

Can't get key to turn & start engine. Does anyone know where I can look at "explosion" drawings of these parts on the internet? Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I'm sure you've jiggled the steering column a few times to free up the steering lock. You might try a shot of "tri-flow with teflon" lubricant into the key slot and run the key in out a dozen times. I've had good luck with this on a number of locks around the house including my recently purchased 2000 taco. The Tri-Flow doesn't seem to leave a gummy residue like some of them. It's worth a shot...Let me know if it helps.
