2009 Rav4 Nav question - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

Hi there,

I’m new to this forum. I purchased my 2009 Rav4 last Friday. I read (and browsed) the 500+ page owners manual, and am now into the 150+pg Nav sys manual.

Okay now to the question. Can Home or a location be set without an address? The system does not have my street in the database, so I’m looking at maybe driving to the end of the driveway, or the closest street that it knows and say/do something like save this point.

Oh BTW is this the correct forum for the RAV4????

I am not sure of the nav system that comes with Toyota but my after market nav system
if i touch the triangle that represents my car i get an option screen come up and there i can save my location with out an address...
