pricing on a Rav4

HI ppl in the at toyotanation! I'm looking to buy a new 2004 Rav4 and the dealer gave me a quote of $21,951 with the following options:
- AWD, AUTO
-"L" Package
-Side Airbags
-Alloy Wheels w/ Alloy Spare / Color-Keyed Overfenders
-Roof Rack
-Wide Front & Rear Mudguards
-Rear Spoiler
-Floor Mats

Can you guys tell me if this is a good price for a Rav4?
