RAV4 Header

Will the Pacesetter 3SFe Header fit the RAV4 [3SFE]. I don't mind if I have to modify it.

Yes, it should bolt to the head. I can't guarantee that it will bolt up for sure though, since it is the newest 3s-fe generation. You may have to modify your exhaust to get it to bolt up there. Any exhaust shop can do it.

Pacesetter has poor quality control, so the bolt holes may not be perfectly lined up. Its easy to modify that part if you need to. Don't stress the head studs when you put the header on.

Hi, i post almost about a year ago about a header for the 3sfe engine for the 1997 toyota rav4, well i just got the pacesetter header for the 1989 toyota celica i believe and it has the same engine, well me and a friend of mine saw that the header might fit, but looking at the header for the rav4; it has 2 o2 sensors..and from what we see from the pacesetter header it only has one place to put one o2 sensor, on the lower part of it. We haven't actually put the header on..all the way, but i'm trying to get him to, just to see if it'll still run..but like "white90dx" said, you have to take it to a muffler shop to customize some downpiping..but once we put it on, i'll post what happened as soon as possible..

Thank you Team SmF- jpec, but I already installed it with no problems at all. I just had to install the second O2 senor after the Cat Converter. I also installed a Magnaflow muffler with 2.25 pipes and it give great power in high gear and a cool sound. But not boomy at all..
