2006 RAV4 Engine shakes and vibrate when idle

I have a 2006 RAV4, 4cyl and had my alternator changed about a month ago (because the old alternator was bad) and now I notice a lot of shakes and vibrate from the engine when I'm stop at idle. Not only does the engine shakes and vibrate when in gear and stop, but the RPM falls to 500-600. I changed the air filter, battery, and sparkplugs and still have the shakes and vibrate problem. I don't think it was the new alternator that is causing the problem, but any help would be appreciated on determining what's causing the RPM to fall and engine to shakes and vibrate when idle.

If at higher revs it seems like it runs okay, but maybe under powered, then you may still be losing spark to a cylinder. Maybe wires (look for white chalky residue on the wires) or one of the coils may be bad.

try reseting ur ecu by disconnecting the battery n connecting it back after 1hr n then start the car n leave it to idle for about 6mins in park
