There used to be a turbo available for it, not sure who made one for it or if its still available.
Performance Products lists a suspension lowering kit for it.

Stuff I've found for the Rav are:
Tanabe Hyper Medallion cat back exhaust-long discontinued but may still be found online if you look hard enough
Weapon R Secret Weapon intake-short ram intake that's still readily available.
Eibach lowering springs-drops your ride 1.2" all around.
Koni Adjustable struts/shocks-good for stiffening your suspension. I gotta get me one of these for when I do rallycross with my Rav.
Jet ecu chip-chip that alters your fuel/air ratio to give you a little bit of kick.

Of course, bigger rims and lower profile/stickier tires are also good for some more grip on high speed or tight turns. Custom turbo is always nice if you're willing to pay the price. If you live in Ca like I do, forget it unless you want the hassle during emissions testing.

thanks slayer!

Slayer,

Thanks for the infos. I might just have to get most of the stuff done custom, no kits. But the stuff you talked about I am interested. Here is my vision...1-1.5 " lowered all around for performance and stance.. of course larger rims, and lower profile tires.. custom exhaust for a little less pressure/gutthroat sound...cold air intake for better efficiency.. chip for more techno power.. cam for more raw power.. and of course anything more ideas would be awesome. I dont want it too whigged.. but I do want it to be a stealth. Would love to see pictures of yours. Thanks again for your time.

You can find pics of my Rav4 S here:

I already have the Tanabe exhaust installed along with a few bolt on accessories like a grille guard and rear step. I have the Weapon R short ram intake but just haven't found the time to install it yet. Just bought a set of Motegi dp10 rims in chrome 17x7 wrapped around by Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S tires in 235/55-17. Really want to get the Koni adjustables and maybe the Eibach springs as well but funds are short nowadays. You can try and visit the Rav4world site if you want more ideas and care to check our their Rav4 gallery. Theirs at least one guy who's gone the nitrous oxide route and another who got a custome turbo done.
