Testing set of polyurethane parts from Siberian Bushing

Our activity is based on the principles of continuous improvement. We increase the products range and improve our parts’ quality considering your requests. We are grateful for your feedbacks regarding the problems you had to face when replacing the bushings.

Share what car (model, year, OEM) we need to pay attention in our manufacturing and we’re ready to start producing new parts and can offer a free pilot set of new bushings for testing to the FIRST ONE who'll reported us. Send us an inquiry for the free testing set of bushings that are NOT available in our catalogue. Also it will be useful for us to know how long do original parts serve, to see photos and description of the nuances while replacing.

FIRST ONE IS Zyante

Poly Bushings for the Previa

I would love to see poly bushings available for the Previa!
These things are tall and narrow and have the legs of a giraffe. But they sure are fun in the corners. People are out there drifting these things.
But they don't so well holding a straight line, Especially in gusty headwinds. It's like it wants to go two different directions. They also like to follow the crown or the fall line so to speak. On lumpy roads it follows the terrain, lean to the right and it steers to the right and you have to correct.
I have two (93&94) with totally rebuilt suspensions, all new rubber and they both handle the same way.
I really would love to try poly bushings to see how they improve the mushy front end.
Lower control arm, sway bar and steering rack mounts would be great.

Sorry about the broken link. The forum format wants to put a space in the address.

http://parts.villagetoyota.com/showA...y_make=1(FORUM PUTS A SPACE HERE)021&ukey_model=14420&modelYear=1994&ukey_cate gory=19382&ukey_driveLine=6048&ukey_trimLevel=1397 0

You can make the link work by copying and pasting in your browser address box and deleting the SPACE that the forum insists on inserting.

Attached is a .jpg of the front suspension.

Toyota sells the back bushing (48655) but you have to buy the front sub arm to get the front bushing. I tried to replace them once but the company I bought the bushings from made a mistake and the bushings were too small.
I might still have those arms with the OEM bushings pushed out but if I do they are in a shed 800 miles away.
