at that kinda mileage not much, the accessory driveshaft bushings tend to go which cost about $200 for a repair kit from toyota, the valve cover gasket tends to go, but it's not to much of a big deal to replace even though you have to take the passenger seat off and pull the access panel,if you decide to buy it toyotavanpeople.com has a growing community of previa owners which could help you with any possible issues which might arrive
i'm running at 194k.
the only problems i had was what was mentioned by bluefever. right now i need a new catalytic converter, bright light switch on the column(i think), and the right side turn signal sticks and doesn't activate properly somethimes.... just too lazy to fix these things though.
I have a 95 s\c 170K and the only problem I have had with it is a leaking valve cover gasket. I would say that how it was maintained is a big factor. If it has been neglected, there could be issues.
With only 194k on the odo, any Previa is just starting to be broken in!!!! I have 2 friends who own Previas (a '91 and a '93) that both have over 350k on the original, unrebuilt motors. As long as the general maintenance is performed, the Previa should treat you well for at least another 150,000 miles if you decide to buy it.

my wife laughed when i told her what your problems were.
currently we're having issues with the blinkers and right side turn signal too. right now i'm too lazy to pay $80 to the dealership to get a new switch. your 2 problems is caused by the same faulty switch.
BTW i'm rollin a 92 previa LE with 201k on the clock, original unrebuilt motor/tranny.
i have a 91 privia with 362000 still runs like new
I have a 91 LE with 792,000 miles and it is still running strong with the original engine and automatic transmission. I hope to make it to a million miles.
We had a 91 Previa LE w/ Cool Box and Dual Sunroof with 210000KM. We bought it used and not even 2 years, we traded it in for a 2002 Sienna XLE Limited.
