Clock and power outlet fuse problem

I am wondering if anyone has had a problem with the power outlet fuses being blown by cell phone chargers. My 02 Sequoia has started going through fuses almost every time I plug my cell phone charger (which previously was not a problem). Any advice or suggestions would be helpful as the dealer hasn't had much to offer other than don't use the charger.

I have the same problem with my 2001. The problem just started this summer (2005) with a cell charger for an LG phone. I tried it in all five power outlets without a phone attached, and it blows a fuse every time. I returned the charger for a new one, and the new one did the same thing. I tried a different type of charger for the same phone, and it's OK, no blown fuse. Puzzling.
