Soft Brakes

Anyone out there experiance soft brakes, I have an 05 Tacoma 4x4 and I drove the wifes Sequoia this weekend and wow she takes a bit to slow down.

I just got an 04 and it is a bit sluggish. But I just attributed it to the weight differance between the Seq and my 1990 PU.

my mom has an 2WD '01 or '02 sequioa and here brakes work really well but she has 4 wheel disc-brakes.

I have 4 wheel disk also, I can say it is true about the weight, this is the heaviest vehicle I have driven (USS Callaghan DDG-994 does not count).
