Power Door Lock Problem

Any one experienced this problem (2003 Sequoia) ,,,,,,

When locking all the doors with the key fob, about 2 seconds later the right rear door unlocks itself. I've seen this with the drivers door because it thinks that the keys are in the ignition, but what would cause this problem with the car off and standing outside the car?

Desperate for info.....

Door Locks

90% of the time yes. Every so often that door will not lock or unlock and you have to do it manually.

Unless there is some screwy programming of the doors locks, suggest you check the door switch. The switch that tells the door lock system if the door is open or closed.

On older cars, those with a lot of use. The wiring between the driver’s door and frame can start to fray causing strange behavior in the locks and power windows.

Haywire

2002 sequoia. Driving down road and the beep sound that comes on when you try to lock doors with fob when they are open starts sounding off and will not go off. Pull into gas station and notice that every time I shut one of the front doors with key in ignition that the doors try to unlock twice. Unlock buttons quit working, but the fob still worked. I pulled fuse for power door locks and began locking manually and every time I unlock and open door the alarm goes off until I turn key position to on. Next day I notice day time run lights are not on, rear defroster and rear wipers don't work. I'm flabbergasted. Any ideas out there?
