Question Replacing Dashpad for 1886 TLC FJ60 - difficult?

Hi all,
My dashboard is cracked all to hell, and I've got a lame-o carpet cover hiding it.

I have located a near mint OEM dashpad from a salvage for a decent price.

Q: How difficult is it to remove/replace the dash pad on an FJ60?

If anyone has experience with this project and can offer suggestions/advice/tips I would be very appreciative.

Thanks, and happy new year!
-Scott

ETA: Ooops...1986, obviously. Sorry. Too much NYE for me.
