Question Headlight Washer Switch Mystery

I've bought a Japanese Import "1990 Prado EX5 Land Cruiser Turbo Diesel". Fantastic vehicle, love it and it's faboulos for driving in the British Columbia Interior.
Only problem: I can't find the switch for the headlight washers. Their is a tank in plac and the pump is in working condition. I've short-wired it to the battery for a quick test. I've checked with my Toyota dealership, several mechanics and other LC owners....no luck, no one can't find the switch.
Would it be connected to the windshield wiper fluid set-up? Any information would be helpful...
