Hello,
I have a 2002 Cruiser and every time it gets hot outside or I change altitude quickly I get a gas smell in the cabin. When i remove the gas cap tons of air comes out and it also spews out gasoline. I haven’t noticed it for a while but it was 97 out yesterday and the smell came back. The dealer, naturally being incompetent has no idea what the problem is and of course it never happens when I am near the dealership so I can not show them. It was really bad last summer when I was
off roading in Death Valley, it was 122 out, and I actually had to turn around because I was so worried about it. Any thoughts on what the problem might be? Thanks for the help guys.
