Anyone had problems with the Hydraulic suspension height control.
Our local agent is quoting $8,000 to repair on a Lexus 470, is this price right?

Hi,

I'm having a similar problem with my Land Cruiser 100 '99 model. The local agents are yet to find the problem but the ride is very stiff. I have changed the accumilators and changed the height control oil at cost of around US$900 but it hasn't done the job.

Not sure about the pricing in the US and for the Lexus version (almost the same mechanically but US$ 8000 seems a bit steep. Unfortunately not many people know about this type of repair
