Brakes feel like they're grabbing

Hello all. Have a 2000 LC with 77k. The other day as I was driving down a hill about 20 - 25mph (I don't ride the brakes but apply for a few seconds release and then reapply), I noticed that it felt as if the brakes were grabbing giving the LC a feeling like it was pulsing. LC does not pull one way or another.

Had the rear brakes replaced around 60k and new tires around 70k. Battery is beginning to have issues (have to jump if it sits for a couple of days) and will be replaced soon. Other than that have had no problems previously.

Will put it up on stands this weekend to have a look; any ideas or suggestions on what I should look for?
