Can anyone tell me if there is a FSM for a 1991 Toyota Landcruiser on line that is free to download?

You'll have to bite the bullet and pay for a subscription to Toyota's Technical Information System. It's affordable, and worth the cost.

Seems there are not many free manuals on line. I have FSM's for my other yotas but never got around to purchasing one for my Crusher. Have never had any issues that I could not figure out so far. My LC was my first 4WD. No matter what I put it through it has not had any breakdowns. The gas millage is bad but it is not an everyday cruiser. Its my fun rig. Thanks for the info.

http://www.************/fsm/ There are some free here to download. Not sure if yours is here. I do know there are some free online, because I have a 91 also and saw them. If I can locate,I'll send another message.
