BJ 73 Wiring

Guys - I am fitting a 1PZ engine/gearbox/diffs to a 1983 109 military Land Rover, from a donated BJ73. Removing a 3.5 litre V8 petrol motor ( 25 liters per 100k). Hoping to improve the beast with power steering and disc brakes too!

Can anyone please help out with a wiring diagram - or point me toward one. The BJ is only available here in New Zealand as a used import, and manuals etc are a bit thin on the ground.

The motor from a BJ73 is a 3B (4cyl. 3.4L) not a PZ (5 cyl. 3.5L).

The on-line FSM is now much more rare...

I suggest to try www.ih8mud.com if you search a very good place for that kind of question.

David - trust me - its a BJ73 and has a 1PZ motor. Not uncommon - quite a few were imported - theres also a lot with the 1 TZ 3 litre turbo motor.

Well .... I do not want you to run in circles but then you have a PZJ73, not a BJ73.

In the Landcruiser "nomenclature", the first letters indicate the type of engine. http://www.cruiserfaq.com/05-04.php

then, the number indicates the type of body: http://www.cruiserfaq.com/04-00.php

It seems that every site where you could download the FSM have been closed at the request of Toyota.

I can not send you a PDF doc of a hundred "Mo" ... then, I still believe that www.ih8mud.com and the best thing for you
