Electronic Compass in a Prado VX

Hello all,

I have a small question. I have a Prado VX and on the dashboard is an electronic compass. When they did a little repair on the car in a local garage (I am in Mauritania) they disconnected some cables.
After conencting everything again, my compass only showed the N of North around the entire dial.
Does anybody here knows how to reset or recalibrate this compass???

If i remember correctly you are supposed to push a button, hold it and drive in a 360 degree circle 1 or 2 times, think it was the button to the left (there are 3 buttons)
