I disconnected it for a while just to check the bumpers sensors and the over speed warning sound and I found everything working fine
but as you said it might be something else
any way one of my friends said this is a tracking device used by some companies which work on selling card (leasing) to trace any one and take the car again if he doesn’t pay the loan monthly
I will disconnect it for a week and I will update you if anything happens
I also was thinking something along the lines of a tracking device, for locating the vehicle if stolen (like Lo-Jac in the USA), but I don't see anything that resembles an antenna wire. And the round thing does look like a speaker.
