high lift jack mount

I'm looking for a high lift jack mount for the factory roof rack. Does anyone know of a good mount, or will I need to modify some other mount? (I don't mind MacGyvering where appropriate, just would rather have a purpose built mount....)

thanks in advance.

I ended up ordering one from Demello off road. While not a cheap item, it does look really nice (at least on their web page)

MacGyvering Solution

Pipe Claims (1.25" X 3") $13 x 2 = $26
Longer bolt, washings, and wing nut $4

These pictures are of my first design attempt. The washers I got were too small to completly cover the jack stem. It worked but the washers bent to confrom to the jack stem. I have upgraded the bolts and washers. I will try to update my pictures when I get a chance.

The chrome polish even gives it a nice professional look.
The pipe clamp has a rubber interior that helps secure it to the roof rack.

I will let everyone know it is working after my 400 mile business trip next week.
