Is that the final design of the truck? Or is that still a prototype subject to change?

Its not bad. From the side it reminds me a bit of the H3, and although the front is definately different, its not bad looking. Those tailights bug me though, but whatever.

I actually kinda like the FJ Cruiser...it's one of the few vehicles Toyota can do some heritage cues to. These and the Ford Broncos in the 60s and 70s were cool little SUVs to prowl around in. I knew someone from high school that restored a '66 Bronco...the FJ Cruiser has that classic 60s SUV feel matched with contemporary design. Thumbs up.

Man that truck is awesome. My uncle might look at them when they come out. Mods, is there going to be an FJ Crusier forum?

I read that the FJ Cruiser will be offered 2wd and 4WD. the orignal FJ was never offered in 2WD....then again the whole LC family never offered 2WD. I think Toyota should rethink the 2WD thing.... I know some of you may say that most ppl don't go 4x4in. Well, then they shouldn't buy an rugged SUV. They can stick to highlanders...

What about people who need the cargo room as well as the towing capacity, but dont drive off-road?
