Taco MPG????/ShenanigansPres 10-11-2005, 03:08 PM tryin to find out what mpg on 95-04 tacoma is gonna be if i get one. would like to know mpg on I4 and V6 motors. also if anyone who sees this and has a lift kit, how much worse did it make it? how much of a lift and how big of tires are you running? exhaust or intake mods help the MPG average much? if so how much? beagledogxxx 10-13-2005, 06:04 PM i have a 99 taco with the 3.4 five speed and get about 25.5 mpg and thats driving around town. I just got it and haven't taken any long trips so i can't tell you what kind of highway miles it'll get. 118000 miles on it, by the way. Hope this helps toto 10-14-2005, 08:16 AM Found some history for a 2001 on Edmunds. The I4 2WD is EPA rated 22/25 with manual trans, or 21/23 with auto. The V6 2WD is rated 19/23 with auto. The V6 4WD is rated 17/20 with manual, or 17/19 with auto. I'm getting about 16 city with a 2000 V6 4WD auto, so that seems pretty close. | |
