DrtySthV6SE 11-08-2002, 03:34 PM what do you like tight bass or low deep rumbling bass? i personally like tight bass but my fifteen in its sealled box hits really hard and gets supreme deepness. I wish i had two though :D 2 12" will definetly hit harder but my one 15" you can feel alot more on the deeper side. CamrySpeaksJL 11-08-2002, 07:38 PM yeah i like the tight bass more, none of this ported shiat. i was thinking about 2 12" JLs.... DrtySthV6SE 11-10-2002, 11:09 PM well if i had the money id get the new style JL W3 12'' they supposed to be really good. Id get like 4 though  XR250rdr 11-11-2002, 02:10 AM If the 12W3 V.2's are better than V.1 then they should be a great choice. And I would be surprised if they are worse. I heard a Image Dynamics IDMax setup...a single 12 ported (2.7 cubes @ 28Hz I think) on a JBL BP1200.1 in a Focus HB and I loved it. (Subs I havent personally demo'ed but have only heard good things about) Adire Audio drivers (Brahma, Shiva, and Tempest) (http://www.adireaudio.com) Beyond Audio Inhuman (http://www.beyondaudio.ca.tc/) Elemental Designs drivers (http://www.edesignaudio.com) JL W7 (lotta $$ tho) (http://jlaudio.com) | |
