05 Avalon unlocking options

We have an 05 Avalon XLS. Currently the setting on our keyless entry is one push to unlock the driver's door, and 2 pushes to unlock all doors. How can I reprogram this to unlock all doors with only one push on the remote? Also, how can I deactivate the vehicle's relocking the doors if they are not opened right after (30 sec?) after unlocking the doors with the remote?

The manual says the the single push unlock can be set by the dealer, nothing in the manual about disabling the re-lock, nor have I ever seen any mention of someone desiring that change.
