My setup is (from front to back)
Alpine Type R Tweeters w/ external crossovers
Alpine Type R 6 1/2" Midbass speakers w/ external crossovers
(above items are the Alpine SPR-176A Component System
Type S 5 1/4" Speakers (in shock towers in rear)
and then a Rockford Fosgate RFP3412 4 ohms Punch HE 12" Subwoofer.

I want to power it with a 350 watt amp, or something more
its rated at like 150 Watts RMS and 400 Watts max

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you have a nice thing going with Alpine.
I personally don't like alpine but I'd try to keep that theme going.

What's wrong with Alpine?
I had a 12" perfect, a JBL 300 amp running the sub off a Alpine deck All of which I bought brand new. I have to take a 2.5 hour drive so I decide to pump some tunes and try out my new system. Besides the fact that the JBL amp wasn't enough power for the perfect I noticed the Alpine blazen (to Quote Ice-T) but not in a good way. I take out the CD I was playing and it was so hot I thought it was going to melt, So I keep it on the radio. So I keep jamin with the volume @ 2/3 the way so my sub amp doesn't keep shutting off and then bloop all the speakers shut off. The deck got so hot in a matter of less than 2 hours it went into protect and shut off. So the following day I return to the store I bought the stuff from and trade in my Alpine deck and the JBL amp for a Sony deck (Not explode crap) and a Orion XTR300 amp. I would honestly say the sound difference was impressive to say the least and 3 years later the Orion is still going strong which is more than what I can say for the Sont deck. The deck has of just recently been making crackling poping noises so I took it out but that darn CD player would play any disk (except MP3) even disks that no other player of mine would recognize.
I think I'm leaning towards a Pioneer MP3 player next
Oh and a friend of mine who also owns a Alpine hates it, he says the thing is so damn picky as to which type of burned CD's it will play he wish he never bought it because the Kenwood he has (which cost 1/2 the price of the Alpine) plays everything.
