ok i am looking for 2 12's and an amp.. i alredy have a box it is a banpass(i dont know how to spell it) but it has about 1 cubic foot of air for bolth subs to play in... i am going to try and get 500$ from my old stuff so i am going to spend that on my new stuff :).....

Honestly, get a new box too. Figure your budget is goign to have to cover a box too.

Do you still want to "get obnoxiously loud"? Or have you come to your senses and realized that sound quality is more important than showing off to a group of 15 year olds...?

That being said, I must ask. Are you going to be spending that $500 on just an amp and sub (and now a box)??

yes.. i decited that i dont realy like to have to turn down the music to hear myself think... i figure ill get myself 2-12's and an amp... then i have a friend that said he would help me build a custom box so that way i can give the subs the recomended ammount of space they need... and i am pulling out my 6X9's and i am getting some new door speakers and tweeters with a small amp to go up front... but ill ask about those when the time comes to get them

Have you thought any about my sub suggestions? They are only 10's but they will sound good and hit too

i am guessing that you have those in your ride... are they realy that good?? ive never heard of them... but then again i havnt hurd of too manny of the other ones when i was going down Cam's list but if i could hear them at a shop some where then i could get the 12" version... but after i got those last 10's w/o hearing them i dont know if i want to do that again... cuz they didnt sound too bad till a few days after i got them in and my head just dosnt stop pounding till about 5 mins after i get out of my car...

it is just too bad that i was too thick headed to just take the advice in the first place and get rid of those damn subs and the amp that i got

I have the 3.0's in my truck... about twice as expensive as the 2.0's and twice the W RMS. Really good brand though.
