I picked up a pair of IS wheels this past week and need to find a way to clean them up. If thats even possible. Anyone have any tips on what to use or do. Or last restort who to send them to?

Here is a couple photos of what the wheel looks like..

Is there a clear coat on those because it looks like corrosion under it. Good luck with that one.

Looking at them closer I believe their is a clear coat. :sosad: Guess the only way is to strip them.

That's some pretty bad pitting. A Mother's mini powerball and some polish might help, but I think you should just send them to get resurfaced. Check the phonebook or online. There is usually places that will blast the finish and re-coat them. Check for "wheel repair".

Yeah that's what I am thinking. Hopefully I will find someone that does a good job in my area. This was the worst rim of the 4.
