This is hosted on a site called www.megashares.com (http://www.megashares.com/) which lets you host up to 10GB on their server for free.

It will only be kept on the server as long as its downloaded atleast once every 7 days!

The file is an iso file (CD Image File) - use your favorite CD Burning program to burn the image to the disc & it will autoload an html menu of which you can pick what manual you want to see & it opens in Adobe PDF Format. Adobe Reader 7.0 is included as part of the ISO Image!
