'96 Toyota T-100 won't lock in park. [Archive] - Toyota Forums

My '96 Toyota T-100 pickup, 4 cylinder, auto, won't lock in the park position. I get it "adjusted", and after a few times, it doesn't lock again. I am working the shift lever gently, too.
I had it adjusted twice by one garage, and now had it adjusted by another garage, and the same thing happens.
What can cause this to happen?
