Replacing valve cover gaskets

I'm getting ready to replace the valve cover gaskets on my 1993 T100 (3.0L V6). Has anyone else done this themselves? Does this fall under the VO6 Special Service Campaign? Are there any good online guides for this, or is the Chilton book good? I've read about changing gaskets on other engines (Volvo) but not specifically on this Toyota engine. It seems that the biggest concern is getting the proper torque on the valve cover bolts. I bought the replacement parts from the dealer, but they didn't come with any torque specs; does anyone know these?

Thanks for the help.

when you remove the valve covers make sure to grind the spacers that the mounting bolts go threw. the plastic valve covers "shrink" over time but the metal spacers dont. this will cause the valve cover gaskets to leak no matter how many times you replace the seals. just grind them flush with the cover, with a die grinder, with a flat pad. torque the mounting bolts to 95 inch pounds or hand tight, there only 10 mm bolts.
