headers??

Question for V-6 wizzards.......I have a 3/5VZ-FE engine ( from T-100) spooned into an MR-II.......BUT I need to modify the headers. I can purchase some headers on E-bay for a 1MZ-FE engine (very nice stuff!!) Does anyone of you guys know if this will fit on my cilinderheads??.
So to be brief: does thebold pattern of the headerflanges of these engines match?? (1MZ=>3VZ)
