Honestly I saw that and wanted more opinion on the matter. It is definately old and boring looking but I wasn't too sure how much of a knock off it really was????

It's the "facelifted" HiAce we get here. The exterior changes are kept to an absolute minimum to keep the cost for replacement parts down.

I have seen one or two in this version. The most common one I see is this:

Vans like these in Europe are used like trucks are in USA.

It is extremely reliable, cheap to repair, has pretty low safety equipment (a couple of airbags and ABS), roomy and good fuel economy (the 2.5l diesel gets 28mpg).

A copy of the Aerostar? Nope.

Actually it looks just like a early 90's VW Eurovan.

I've driven hiace before. they are awesome and seat a LOT of people.

although the hiace didn't have the removable seat, but they do have 4wd that can really go offroading, 4 sunroofs, cooler, dual climate control, power everything, even the side curtain is powered. I really hope they have one of those for sale in NA.

I've been in one of those Hyundai Vans. They're freakin comfortable and spacious! Much more spacious than the Savanna, and without the jolts and bumps you go through when sitting in the back. Last time I rode in the Savanna, I literally flew up and hit my head on the roof when the van was going over a bumpb at 5 miles per hour. Horrible! The Hyundai doesn't do that!

I don't think the ability to edit or modify offensive posts is the main problem here. It's basically the poster(s) that you and other mods here continuously tolerate and allow verbal attacks to real TN enthusiasts.
TN now reminds me of north american justice systems, where dangerous criminals with multiple offenses are given many "second" chances, while still doing more crime. Just so you know Dana_15, TN is no longer the pleasant place it was used to be, mainly due to poor screening process and tolerance of brand-bashing and personal/racist attacks.

You have a PM on this. Brand bashing is all personal opinion, its fine as long as it is DONE CIVALLY, nothing wrong with argueing. As for personal/racist attacks, believe me i have no tolerance for that and neither does any other moderator. We cant read every single thread (although we try), PM us if there is a personal/racist attack, those people will be dealt with.
