Jzs147-RR 08-05-2001, 08:30 PM The best way is to buy a injen intake cause it comes with a k&n filter and requires no mods to your stock air intake parts.cause it will be hard to make your own adapter for that k&n cone.Im getting one for my V6 soon i love it cause its a real nice chrome intake and is simple to install. Not a 1997 CorollaKen 08-05-2001, 11:25 PM Acutally, how different can they be? Does anyone have experience with Gen3 4cyl air intakes ? I was going to try making my own... CamryKen Ratko 08-06-2001, 12:57 AM hmm.. i wonder what the differences are (if any) between the intake chambers on both our 1MZ-FE's ?? We should compare engines next time we see each other! If they are the same, id grab an Injen in a second... Right now it looks like RS Akimoto are the only ones who have a full intake kit for the Gen3 V6's. speedemn 08-06-2001, 02:15 AM Weapon R Dragon? Comes with K&N cone filter too. Jzs147-RR 08-06-2001, 09:01 AM No the weapon R intakes come with a foam POS filter. | |
