BamZipPow 04-26-2007, 08:53 PM Are you sure the dimmer isn't turned down all the way? ;) southerntemper 05-17-2007, 04:45 AM Most likely, it's a blown fuse. My tail lights didn't work after I installed my stereo. I checked the fuses, and they all looked good. After trying a few other things, I replaced the fuse for the tail lights. It workerd. The fuse was blown, but you couldn't tell by looking at it. LostDog 10-20-2007, 09:57 PM I don't know the answer, but I have the same problem. Only, it comes and goes. It seems I have a loose connection, but I have not yet found it. 93CamryLEV6 11-03-2007, 09:09 PM My dad had the EXACT same problem when he installed a factory radio in his 1988 Nissan truck. Dash lights (the ones that light up the gauges @ night) worked fine before, but after installation, the lights stopped working and has not worked since. All fuses good. xsvtoyz 11-05-2007, 06:36 AM you might ask them if they hooked up the light dimmer on the deck (when you turn on the lights the deck lights go dim for night use) Toyota's tend to have issues with this feature. This will also affect the dash lights. Ususally no dash lights no tail lights either so you need to get after it. trtrd 11-05-2007, 08:07 PM you hooked up your ground wire to the lights .disconnect your ground wire try your lights they should work if you didnt blow a fuse. | |
