Which are the best bulbs for gen 5?

I want some new bulbs that have at least as much light output as stock.

philips bulbs or PIAA all the way

will those bulbs melt my wiring harness? and can you hook me up with a online dealer site or a place to buy? Thanks!

mmm dont know about the wiring harness my friend has em in his 626 no problem and ebay is the cheapest they have some good deals

Whatever you do, don't buy crap. Philips or Sylvania/Osram. AND DONT BUY THOSE CRAPPY TINTED BULBS with the exception of silverstars. Only bad thing is Philips doesn't make the Vision Plus in a 9006/5. eb

just make sure your not running more than stock wattage. 50-55 watts a bulb. and oh yea, if you buy tinted bulbs, you will automatically see less light output compared to a bulb that isn't tinted of the same wattage. This is because the human eye can pick up white light the best. Anyways i think the stock bulbs are more than adequate for regular street driving.
