My New 07 LE V6 *with pics*

Im sure alot of you were getting tired of all my posts about which car to get, but I finally decided to get the Camry. Total w/ floor mats and extended warranty was $22,971 and they financed me for 5.9% (special at the end of the month).

Question, did you wind up buying it from the dealer that had the CE I4 manual in the paper? If so their add worked :lol:

The Gen3 is actually going to my sister, by parents are buying it from me for $2500 and giving it to get (since shes turning 16 soon).

haha, no, I bought it from the local dealer which is only about 10 minutes away, much easier then driving 30+ minutes to get maintance done on it.

And after driving it some more, im so glad I went with the V6. It has so much get up and go, even alot more then my Gen3 V6. I also spun the tires quite a bit on accident since im not used to how quickly it accelerates.

Yea, be careful or you will become more knowledgable of the traffic ticket procedures in your community.

Yeah, my XLE V6 drove so smooth, I was on I-5 on my way to LA, driving 90mph... well, i thought... when I looked to check my speed, i was going 104! Didn't felt like it cuz it was still running so smooth.

look for a set of the LE optional alloy wheels....theres an LE v6 around here that has those and they look sickk

I know! I was driving around 55mph in a 45mph zone and it didnt even feel like it, it rides soooooo smooth I have to keep looking to make sure im not speeding, especially since Iet. dont have the radar detector installed yet.

Thanks, first thing I plan to do is get some rims. Im looking for a nice set of XLE or SE rims, so the dealer will still cover the 2 sets of tires for free.

Do you know if the LE has 16" rims, or were they 17's? If they are 16's, do you know if you can swap the tires from the stock steelies to the LE rims?

I will deffinitly keep an eye out for those, since it sounds like the tires should easily swap over. I havent found any on eBay yet, but perhaps the Toyota dealer has them?

And yeah, car payments do suck, but I just got a call back from the insurance company and its only going to cost $318 for 6-months for full coverage, and im 18. I was paying $400 for 6-months on my gen3 for liability only!

geoff, u should get a hold of a set off the 16'' of the LE it would look nice on ur camry. my friends mom bought a LE jus last week with the optional 16'' and it looks hella nice on it.

Id love to get those, since the ride would stay really smooth, but I dont know where to get them. I remember on Toyota's website, it was listed at a $600 option, but I stopped by the dealership and they said it would cost around $400 per rim for the 16"'s!

$400 per rim!!!! You can easily get a nice set of aftermarket or TRD rims for that price and pay your car payment with the left overs. lol.

I bought my car knowing about the flare, which is why I made sure that the 100K mile warranty covered the tranny, and he said yes. So far I havent noticed anything, but time will tell.
